We specialize in the production of advertising and office items made of the highest quality natural leather and organic materials, PVC and materials on a paper base. In addition to standard products from our catalog, we carry out a number of individual projects under a special customer’s order..
The production lines are equipped with machines such as KOLBUS EMP 511 for bookmaking without book block rounds, -prints and -interheses. For attaching book blocks to fixed, flexible or plastic covers and then pressing and burning the book fold. With NewBind Pioneer PUR machines and the Austrian special machines from COMAG Engineering GmbH we have a wide range to produce exactly what our Client need. Thanks to this we achieve a very high performance, which reaches up to 9000 items a day.
In order to meet the most demanding requirements of our clients we create a service called: PERSONALIZATION with PräziMark machines. Thanks to this service you can give unique character to thousand of similar items. We offer the possibility of choosing: the following types: Arial 10 or Verdana 14
The embossing is carried out by us both with manual machines and fully automatic. Deep engraved clichés of brass or magnesium clichés are used. The machine park allows imprints in many constellations and with and without color foil, on many materials, with counter-clichés of both simple logos and too complicated coats of arms.
In the production sites we have a new generation automatic stitching machine capable of stitching the covers with round corners. Thanks to high capacity and good precision we can offer quality and low cost. We stitch covers from size A6 to A4+.
We make embossing on the chosen product of definite symbol i.e: company’s logo or ornaments with different shape and size up to A4 format. We offer: blind embossing (i.e. with no foil) or with foil. We make also embossing on the entrusted goods i.e. wood and cartboard (cardboard box)
DIPLOMACOVERS AND DIPLOMAROLLS
Diplomacovers and diplomarolls are one of our most popular products. We can deliver Diplomacovers and Diplomarolls in ready for A5, A4, A3, A2 format in diffrent materials like leather and artificial leather.
CONFERENCE FOLDERS
In our productin sites we are spezialised in the production of Conferenzfolders and Notepads. We can modify our product to the client needs regarding the size and the interior. Mostly our products are for A4 and A5.
WALLETS AND CREDITCARDHOLDERS
We do not just make purses and business card cases, we also have ID Protection products in our portfolio. We manufacture our products from leather and artificial leather. In addition, we also have products for the catering trade, mobile phone cases and cases for a bank card.
CALENDAR AND BOOKS
Very good quality and individual production methods are the features that make us stand out on the market. The calendar offer is being expanded every year. The variety of materials and colors makes the calendars a special product. The calendars are realized in numerous formats and finishes.
